With a CP antenna, signal is transmitted or received in a 360º or "corkscrew" like pattern. This allows a high quality RF link between your bodypack IEMs or wireless mics that are moving around stage and changing their position relative to the antenna. When using paddle antennas, these systems are more likely to drop out when moving around.
